NEOPRENE (CR) RUBBER SHEETING
(CR) Neoprene is an multi purpose material suitable for applications involving weathering, sea water, mineral oils, greases, dilute acids and alkalis but is not recommended for fuel immersion – see nitrile
Commercial grades are a mixture of neoprene & SBR – specification grades are CR only, and are made to an exacting standard to meet BS2752. A flame retardant grade is also available. Neoprene is also available as a foam, see our guide for details.
