Commercial Quality (CQ) Rubber Sheeting and Insertion Rubber
Commercial rubber sheeting is used for most day to day jobs. It is the cheapest form of rubber sheet, available in many different thicknesses and can be supplied with a fabric "insertion" to improve tear strength.
Commercial rubber sheeting is used for gaskets, as well as strips or left in sheet form and in most cases is reasonable for most areas of application but generally not excellent.
When certain criteria need to be met i.e. high temperature/abrasion oroil resistance then the rubber products listed on the pages following come into their own for their individual properties.
