Rubber Hose
Both PVC and rubber are good for different reasons, PVC is lighter but not always as strong, PVC may perform better with certain liquids and can be cheaper, rubber will last longer than PVC in UV light and when dragged around, but is usually heavier. Polyurethane products are especially used in highly abrasive applications. If you are not sure which option is best, please don’t hesitate to contact us for more information.
The rubber hose section concentrates on the most popular rubber hoses available, for conveying such mediums as air, water, oil, food and steam. These are the most popular rubber hose products we supply but not all of them. If there is a particular rubber hose you use that you can’t see then please let us know as we probably supply it anyway.
The PVC hose section looks at PVC hoses, again for moving water, dust, oil, food and slurry. There are many PVC hoses available, as well as ductings, these being the more commonly used ones.
