For some applications, a fully moulded rubber product is not a viable option due to the cost involved, size required, and even something as simple as fitting constraints. For this type of part, an extrusion could be the answer. It can be supplied as either a finished part, a full length to be cut and fitted on site, or even vulcanise joined into an endless length. 

We can supply hundreds of different rubber extrusions, with many being available off the shelf without the need to wait for production and without the cost of tooling, as well as being able to buy reasonable amounts rather than minimum production runs.

If however, you have an extrusion that is new or not available from the shelf, then we can quote you to manufacture a tool to make the rubber extrusion and thereafter the tool is there for your future orders.
