Open cell and closed cell from a variety of material such as epdm, neoprene, PVC nitrile, silicone, as well as polyethylene, plastizote and many more. Many foams can be produced with a self adhesive backing. We also supply furniture foam, which has many more applications than just furniture.

PVC NITRILE

  • Good resistance to oil, petrol and weathering
  • Closed cell construction with a skin finish
  • Temp –30 to +70 degrees C
  • Density 80-130kg per m3

EPDM

  • Highly resistant to ozone and weathering
  • Closed cell construction with good recovery
  • Temp –40 to + 100 degrees C
  • Density 100-180kg per m3

NEOPRENE

  • Oil, weather and ozone resistant
  • Closed cell construction
  • Temp –40 to +100 degrees C
  • Density 100-180kg per m3

POLYETHYLENE

  • Oil and weather resistant
  • Closed cell construction
  • Temp –70 to + 110 degrees C
  • Density 45kg per m3

POLYETHER

  • Good lightweight general purpose indoor sealing product
  • Open cell construction
  • Temp –15 to 105 degrees C
  • Density 20kg per m3

PVC

  • Good weather resistance and sealing capabilities.
  • Closed cell construction with skin finish
  • Temp –30 to + 70 degrees C
  • Density 100kg per m3

Silicone

  • Good UV and Ozone, high temperature range.
  • Closed cell construction with skin finish
  • Temp –60 to 200 degrees C
  • Density 190-310kg per m3

Sponge cords

Available in many diameters from 3mm to 25mm, an excellent sealing product in recessed areas or where an O-ring should reside.
